Terms of Service — Style In

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Style In ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Style In iOS app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who can use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Your account

• You can create an account using Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or an email address and password.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@styleinapp.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• You can delete your account at any time in the App at Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account erases your data, including your stored photos.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and reasonably. In particular, you agree not to:

• Upload photos or content that you do not have the right to use, or that infringe someone else's rights.
• Upload content that is illegal, or that depicts other people in a way you are not permitted to.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App or our systems.
• Use the App to build a competing product, or to scrape or bulk-extract data.
• Misuse the AI features — for example, to generate content that is unlawful or that violates the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access if you break these rules (see Section 8).

4. Your content

You own your content. The photos you upload, and the items, looks, and outfits you create, remain yours.

To run the App for you, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and operate the App's features for you. This includes:

• Storing your photos and generating derived images from them (cut-out "stickers", masks, and thumbnails).
• Sending your photo(s) to a third-party AI image-model provider to render try-off results when you use that feature (see Section 5).

This licence exists only so we can provide the App to you. It ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except for copies that are already in routine backups and that expire on our normal schedule, and except where we must retain something to comply with the law. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to train third-party advertising or unrelated products.

5. AI "try-off" feature

The App offers a generative "try-off" feature that turns a worn-outfit photo into per-garment images. When you use it, the relevant photo(s) may be sent to a third-party AI image-model provider (OpenAI) to produce the result.

AI-generated results are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use, and you are responsible for how you use them. By using the feature, you consent to your photo(s) being processed as described here and in our Privacy Policy.

6. Premium subscription and billing

The App offers an optional premium subscription with additional features.

• Subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Apple handles the payment — we never see or store your card details.
• Auto-renewal: unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID / App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by us.
• Prices and features may change; we will tell you about material changes as required, and price changes are subject to Apple's rules.

Your use of the App Store is also subject to Apple's own terms.

7. Disclaimers — "as is"

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style In will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Section 2). We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the App. On termination, the licence in Section 4 ends and we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we must keep it to comply with the law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the United States will have jurisdiction, except where the law that protects you as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
